Communities and forums

Find your people.

Kova doesn't run its own forum. The good ones already exist. Here's where to find them, organized by where you are in the process.

Worth knowing. These are external communities. Tone and quality vary. Most Reddit communities are heavily moderated and tend to be plainspoken and supportive; some Facebook groups can be the opposite. We've only included ones with a track record we trust.

A note on what we left off

We've intentionally not linked to general fertility Facebook groups, some of which are very large and very active. Quality varies widely there and moderation is uneven. If you find one you trust, that's great. We just don't feel comfortable putting our stamp on them yet.

From Kova. Outbound links open in a new tab. We never share who you are with the sites you visit from here.
