The terms of using Kova.

Kova is a wellness and organization tool for people going through fertility treatment. It helps you track medications, appointments, insurance, cycles, and the paperwork that comes with treatment.

Kova is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. It is not a substitute for care from your clinic.

Always follow the instructions from your clinic. If something about your health or treatment concerns you, call your clinic directly.

• ●You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• ●Kova is passwordless. You sign in with Apple or a one-time link sent to your email. Keep the email account you sign in with secure.
• ●You may not share your account with others. Your care data stays yours.
• ●You may delete your account and all of your data at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

• ●Kova offers a free tier and paid Kova Pro subscriptions.
• ●Paid subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store using in-app purchase. Kindling Health receives your payment after Apple's fee.
• ●Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Manage or cancel a subscription anytime from your Apple ID Subscriptions settings.
• ●Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your access continues until then.
• ●Refunds are handled through Apple according to Apple's refund policy, and where applicable law requires.

• ●You retain ownership of everything you enter into Kova, including notes and journal entries.
• ●By entering or uploading content, you grant Kova a limited licence to store, display, and process it for the purpose of providing the service to you.
• ●Only upload content that belongs to you or that you have permission to store.

You agree not to misuse Kova. That includes attempting to reverse engineer the app, scraping data, using Kova for any unlawful purpose, or interfering with other people's use of the service.

Kova is provided as is. Kova helps you track and organize; it does not make care decisions. We make no guarantee that using Kova will produce a specific medical outcome. Your body, cycle, and clinical situation are unique, and results vary.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Kova will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will post a notice at the top of this page and email active users at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The Last reviewed date above reflects the most recent update.
